This was discussed on Channel 4 News tonight, it may swing it for Obama in this knife edge race. I hope it does and Obama's priority in his second term becomes dealing with climate change

“citing the importance of his record on climate change” I hadn't heard that one yet. When was it released?

Seriously though, what a meaningless phrase. What has he actually done except land the US with a massive debt burden far in excess of anything before.

If I were a New Yorker that had just been flooded would I want the government to spend my tax dollars on reducing carbon emissions or on building a new levee to prevent this occuring again?

Obama inherited an economy driven off the cliff by the Bush administration (though the rot had set in way back) and has spent the last four years trying to prevent it hitting the bottom.

If you want to know why Obama has achieved less than desirable in the last four years, take a look at the ridiculous power games and pissing contests taking place in D C. The Republicans have spent four years blocking everything - even if they agree with it in principal - just to play the power game.

I have no dog in this race but a shake-up is needed to remind politicians that they are there to serve the people.

#6 A fair point. Why don't you credit opposition and oligarchic obstructiveness likewise in the case of Cristina, but rather sound like the Sarah Palin to her Obama?
