    In the Alice in Wonderland world that is modern argentine politics , bomb throwing , child murdering , marxist terrorists are “ idealistic youths ” , not terrorists at all , and therefore not held accountable for for their campaign of murder and kidnapping in the 70's.
    If CFK is sheltering the Shining Path , all pretence at LATAM solidarity will vanish . She cannot remove them anyway , she hasn't got the forces , and they will simply use her human rights legislation to walk if captured .Another Kirchnerite triumph .... Not .

    CFK and Timerman are doing the job of Chávez in the south of the sub continent. Hugo Chávez is “entertaining” FARC in the north whilst Argentina is doing the same for Shining Path in the south.

    Why?

    #2 Theres absolutely nothing in the article to suggest Cristina is “sheltering Shining Path”, you just made that up didn't you? I really don't like Shining Path but I do think Movadef should be allowed to register as a non-violent political party, and see nothing wrong with human rights defenders meeting representatives of a banned party...

    BK : The Mothers are not “defenders of human rights ” , they are a bunch of chiselling , thieving , opportunists trading on the memories of their dead ( some aren't even dead ) children for free government hand outs .

    No concidence that both Adolfo Pérez Esquivel and Mothers of Plaza de Mayo are anti-Falklands activists too.

    Movadef is just one more of the dozens of “front groups” that Sendero Luminoso and the MRTA terrorist groups have spawned in Perú over the last 30 years.

    Having lived in Perú during some of the most violent SL and MRTA years and having to identify bodies of some of their foreign victims, its hard for me to feel anything more than a disgust that Movadef could even get into Argentina.

    Why Argentina? Because Senderistas see CFK's government and the related radical Argentina groups as a fertile ground to plant their bloody violent philosophy. CFK already shelters husband of her press relations officer, accused Chilean kidnapper and assassin Galvarino Apablaza Guerra (aka “Comandante Salvador” in terrorist army Frente Patriótico Manuel Rodríguez)

    Video below of Movadef activists' demo outside of Peruvian embassy Buenos Aires.

    But shinning path,??
    Give CFK a broom and she can sweep the silly path, or wash it, clean it , disinfect it ,
    Polish it , or turn it into a garden path,

    Still,
    Seen one path, ya seen em all .lolol.

  • The Chilean perspective

    CFK has granted the Chilean terrorist, kidnapper and assassin Galvarino Apablaza Guerra political asylum and she has given his wife a job in her administration. She refuses to allow the extradition to Chile that Argentina's Supreme Court had approved. She is no friend of Chile let's get that clear and now the Maoist Peruvians are going to get into the act, it's a joke.

    If CFK is such a drooling moron, how was it that she was elected? Or are the jibes and rants directed at her in these commentaries coming from those who have a selfwarranted worldview tainted by a sad feeling of inferiority of past glories showing their envy of an emerging South American nation which has growing pains and is trying to find its own destiny in a world where governments in the largest democracies have allowed themselves themselves to become besotted with 1%ist perks given to their officials by bankinng parasites from the IMF and WB.....Greece is only the tip of the iceberg.....

    #10: CFK is not a “drooling moron”, but you are the only poster on this list to use that term.

    Actually, it might be CFK who feels inferior, and she may only be a symptom of a disease afflicting Argentina, rather than the cause. To maintain her popular support, she may feel that she must cater to the autarkic whims of radical groups who seek to move Argentina in a difficult space in the economy and in foreign relation.

    Even after so many years of Kirchners in power, Argentina still ranks so far down international indices of probity, such as the 2011 Corruption Perception Index (2.4/10, or #100 rank- way below Chile's 7.2/10, Uruguay, 7/10, or Britain 7.8/10).

    It really is sad for the Argentine people, and indeed for CFK as well. However, as you note, like Hugo Chávez, CFK was democratically-elected, so her responsibility for failure now rests with Argentine electors.

    “The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars,
    But in ourselves, that we are underlings.”

    @10 jkw

    very eloquent “sentence run-on”.

    Please learn how to use the comma and period punctuation marks.

    What a jumble of empty rhetoric. Perhaps too, learn to put your thoughts and concepts in order.

    What other names do you use on this site? Is changing your identity the only way you have to bring up the same old tired hackneyed charges again ??

    As usual, your strongest point in your arguement is “you forgot a comma”...

    @10 If you seek the evidence, you'll find she bought her way in. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BCsCNHDSUPI It's a simple answer, isn't it? As the video says, argie corruption is well known. You should be used to it. And only US$15 per vote. Shall we leave you to do the arithmetic? She got a little over half the votes from three-quarters of the electorate. So she only has the support of three-eighths of the electorate. Add in another little bit of info. Her most recent asset declaration was about US$6 million less than the previous one. How many votes can you buy for US$6 million? Enough to tip things your way? But if you don't like the answers you might get, don't ask the questions!

    @15 Guzzano

    How about your own weak retort, Guzzano - even PH seems to repeat the La Campora Approved Subjects better than you and the 'new' “jkw”.

    A transparent amateurish ploy to post the same old rubbish that has been dealt with before, countless times.

    The point being, even you Trolls are too impatient to bother with a proper charade of 'introducing' a new persona and dragging out all the 'injustices' and 'crimes' for 'discussion'.

    Lazy lazy lazy just jumbling it into one big pile.

    Really, this is your full-time jobs and its too much effort to dissemble even a little bit ????

    Fail !!

    A lot of bla bla bla and still nothing substantial.

    Have a look at your own misery before pointing fingers at Arg. Pay up your trillions before running Singer's businesses. Deal with your own unemployment, divided society, thieving bankers, murdering soldiers, corrupt politicians and fascist scumbags...

    @18 Guzzano

    “Have a look at your own misery before pointing fingers”

    I actually agree with you on this point.

    Surprised? I knew you would be.

    However...
    You, and Argentina, and The Peronists, And CFK, and La Campora, have had an active propaganda and education/indoctrination campaign for decades, to cover up ethnic -cleansing of your indigenous population and justifying your military expansionism of the Falklands.

    Your government has systematically discredited Britain and fabricated lies and false claims to get what you want and cover your programs of genocide.

    The Falklanders, your peaceful neighbours, despite how you choose to portay them, live in fear and feel threatened by you, because of these lies. They have already endured one invasion of their unarmed civilian homes, and face an increasing political and propaganda attack, an economic blockade, trade harrassment, and a threat of another invasion by your Defense Minister.

    Exposing La Campora's hostility, propaganda and fabrications on this forum (and others), is the only way to show the rest of the world, and the Argentinian PEOPLE, that everything is NOT what you say it is and your stated motives are LIES.

    Further, though you would like to delude yourselves that MI6 could give a shit about you, the pro-Falkland posters on here are not governments or organisations, secret or otherwise.
    They are individuals.
    Some are worried about their home of the past 200 years and their families. Many of them were threatened and held prisoners by you, at gunpoint (very much properly documented ) and had their homes defiled by Argentine 'soldiers' who had it ingrained in them that it was acceptable to humiliate the population, and urinate and defecate in their homes. Your generation, or the ones before it, were the pigs that behaved that way.
    Hmmm, maybe you were there ? You seem to see nothing wrong with that.
    Your parting gift? - Live grenades in children's school desks.

    World - meet the real Argentina !!
