Peace talks between Colombia's government and FARC rebels scheduled to start in Cuba this week will be delayed until Monday so negotiators can work on “technical” details, both sides said on Tuesday. Read full article

The quicker they can do this the better. FARC should put down its guns and in return be allowed into politics; it worked in Northern Ireland (in fact was the best, maybe the only good thing Tony Blair did)
