For all the millions of dollars he has already spent in his trips to Cuba, the Venezuelan government should have already built several hospitals capable of treating him and other venezuelans suffering from the same disease. Very sad for Venezuela.
He's got to get Bolivia and Ecuador into Mercosur while he's still running the show.
That way the Bolivarians can vote in the majority and start to pull Brasil's money to the basket-case countries. (A bit like in the European Union, except that, in parts of South America, defaults just don't mean a thing).
