    No doubt 'Evo the coca cruncher' has thought this through whilst drug ridden and can't understand WTF Gary Rodríguez, CEO of IBCE is on about.

    Perhaps Mr. Rodriguez should give El Presidente a good kick up the balls (if he can find any) to bring Evo-stick to his senses.

    It seems to me Rodriguez has hit ALL the nails on the head, except the one sticking out of Evo's.

    The only thing that Bolivia can sell with certain comparative advantage is cocaine and all its derivatives, nothing else. So, Bolivian membership is the “cherry on the cake” for this outdated circus called mercosur.
