Why bother having independent courts at all?

    Scarcely believable.

If this isn't the government aggressively abusing their powers then I don't know what is.

Seems these Argentine politicians only support the law and courts when they work in their favour.

“freedom for the press- in jail!”
they use three or four appeals courts in the us against the funds to avoid criminalwise paying their debts, but the press may not use any appeal court in arg to defend their rights.

Wow, quicker than I expected, how long did this take, one day, two days!

If any of the RG posters still on here, want to know why the FI's strive so hard to live under the British system, instead of theirs, I say this.

“OPEN YOUR WINDOWS AND LOOK OUTSIDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

Think, Marcos, Axel, Toby Pre_Rg, and the rest of the crazies posters here that support this lunatic dictator and her minions are either paid posters or retarded. Maybe both.

If THE PEOPLE of Argentina allow it to go on much longer the path back to democracy will be lost for good.

It is sickening how stupid and short sighted these Rg are...

I find it comical that when anyone does anything or say anything opposite to asslips kirchner that is anti democracy, when in fact kirchner herslef is the poster child for anti democracy.

Onwards and upwards goes Argentina's embrace of democracy. I wonder what the military boys in barracks are quietly saying behind the fences - “if only we were the strength we were in 1982...”

The point is probably that those that rupture the democratic process the most need to laud democracy the most to cover up that fact.

It's a bit like countries beginning the Democratic Republic of......they get the blatant lie out in their title.
