    Agreed,
    we need Belo Monte asap.
We need max water to make Belo Monte work.
We need forests, resulting in clouds in the catchment.
We need rain in the North West.

GeoffWard2, the North West is the fast growth region in Brasil. Belo Monte will be the growth support for decades. Brasil is one. Each State have responsability to help the others. Long live North, Northeast, Southeast, Central Weast ans South. Long live BRASIL!
