The European Union’s High Representative for Foreign Affairs, Catherine Ashton, highlighted the “important role that Peru is playing in the Latinamerican region,” assuring that Peru will participate “very constructively” in the EU-CELAC (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) summit, in Santiago de Chile, on 26-27 January.     Ashton is a moron. Never been elected to ANYTHING by ANYONE. Can't believe she's married. Whose head does the bag go over? She even looks like a moron. So no-one will be disappointed. Praise by Ashton is the same as the “kiss of death”. Even her fellow “Commissioners” think she's useless. Still, fingers crossed, perhaps there'll be a riot in Santiago.

    So, Peru, Colombia, Chile, Brasil.......I think a certain country is conspicuous by their absence here. Mind you, what could you seriously sit and praise Argentina for, at least Peru gave us Paddington Bear
