    @1

    Yes, but they have oil and they need food, also they are 'friends' when every other country is distancing itself from AR.

    And despite TMBOA going on TV and proclaiming they have increased oil production (from the nadir she put it into) and no longer want foreigners it is crystal clear to anybody with half-a-brain that that is a lie.

    AR desperately needs oil for the coming winter: TMBOA hopes Iran will supply it. All she has to do now is:

    1) hope the soy and wheat come up to scratch in a timely fashion (could be a problem there);
    2) hope they can get around the embargo;
    3) hope the refinery staff don’t go on strike;
    4) hope she can make it through to next summer without somebody topping her.

    That’s a lot of hoping.

    Here’s hoping she doesn’t make any of it.

    That is the point I don't get. It seems obvious this is about setting aside their differences so they can trade - but how does CFK expect to get around the embargo?

    Any claims that “we are a sovereign nation and can trade with whoever we like” won't wash with the Americans.

    It's a fools strategy.

    @6; more to the point it's a perfect crystalisation of Argentine governance today: duplicitous, isolationist, mind numbingly ignorant, xenophobic, ineffective.

    Maybe Argentina should sign a lie commission to get AMIA on board. Lol this are signs that illegal occupants and foreigners have more power then citizens and civil servants in Argentina, in USA and Canada this comments would make AMIA a terrorist organization or at the very least enemy of the state. I heard USA wrote laws to expropriate bank accounts and property from Muslim organizations, Argentina should write up its own laws to fight the enemy from within. What's wrong with investigating the truth if CIA, mossad or mi6 had nothing to do with it? Let's not forget who trained armed and supported terrorism in those days. Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria are another example for everyone here to analyze before talking trash about Argentina.
    #3 embargo? lol I am sure the embargo is a job for USA not Argentina, british ships invade Argentina daily and there's no comments from USA, why would Argentina even consider or participate in a cynical circus?..

    @ 9 - so jews living in Argentina are illegal occupants is that your point? Why would the USA make the AMIA a terrorist organisation if they made these comments in the US? Illegal occupants and citizens more powerful than civil servants? So the AMIA are not citizens of Argentina? They are not allowed to express an opinion about an event that killed people's loved ones? THe enemy from within? So if you don't agree with a government committee you're an enemy of the state? I don't understand how you can say these things and expect us to take you seriously. RGs talk a lot about the Falklands too and you know what, nobody listens to you then either. Aren't you getting tired of people not taking you seriously when you say stupid, uneducated, racist, and stupid things?

    PH can stand anyone who dares to disagree with his beloved CFK.

    This man claims to be a native Amerindian, yet when the native Amerindians in Argentina were protesting against the government, he 'demanded' that they all be rounded up and 'shipped' off to camps.

    He is an odious loner, who supports terrorist organisations, and is probably headed for a one way trip to Guantanemo, should ever set a toe out of Canada.

    He is, probably, already on a 'no-fly' list.

    He will certainly be on the anti-terrorist squads 'keep an eye' on list, and probably on the FBI's radar too.

    Although, they probably list him more of a talker than a doer, but on their radar he definitely is.

    Jews living in Argentina are Argentines. At one time Argentina had the largest Jewish population outside of the US and Israel. It still has the seventh largest population.

    It is interesting that the USP of Argentina's tourism industry is built around the Gaucho. The original gauchos were Russian Jews fleeing persecution, you can see the influence in the Gaucho clothing.

    So, the Jewish community that legally settled in Argentina and have been part of the development of the country, there before most of the current leaders of the country, should now leave? They have no right to comment?

    @9 PH you are a foreigner to Argentina. You don't live there. I have spent more time in Argentina than you ever have or ever will.

    Is there anyone you don't hate?

    #10 well AMIA doesn't want to hear the truth, all they want is Iran isolation, that's why they hired CIA, mossad or mi6 to do the dirty work for them, and now that Argentina is moving forward with the truth commission they claim foul, jews don't like the truth, propaganda is way better for them, if you didn't know that you're an ignorant.
    #11 yes when Chilean natives start a protest in Argentina I want them all deported back to their country. UK doesn't even let Canadian natives into UK. You must agree that we are a lot more tolerant in Argentina, maybe when UK let's natives into UK we might let Chilean protest in Argentina, until then I will cheer for deportation.
    #12 I don't hate anyone I just like to tell the truth. And I was all up for a truth seeking commission I don't believe in terrorism outside CIA, mossad and mi6. I know way too much about them to blame AMIA plot on Iran when al-CIA had bin laden on salary bidding in pakistan as he they did in the past. Afghanistan, Iraq, libya and syria terrorism should show you who has the terrorist on salary since 2001. That's why no jew wants a truth commission. The Jewish community support only lies like the WMD, don't you remember? Sorry but I am Argentina 100% and my attitude is all the evidence you need. Lol thanks for playing and try again.
