Rousseff says end of poverty is close; 48 million Brazilians registered in social support programs
Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff raised the monthly stipend of 2.5 million people living below the poverty line to make good on her promise to eradicate extreme poverty in Brazil. Even when announcing she has almost met her anti-poverty target halfway through her four-year term, Brazil’s last census points to 700,000 families who still live in extreme poverty but are not registered on government social programs. I am not religious but Jesus was correct when he said.....give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, teach a man to fish and you feed him for life.

starvation
27 millons citizens living below poverty level
drive by the indian reservations and you will see poverty
several supermarkets are collecting soup cans as most of the “food banks”
supported by church groups are empty.
Obama nothing he can do about the USA poverty except keep wasting taxpayers money traveling in Air Force One to play golf at the expense of $127,ooo p/hour What a waste!

the remedy is to provide free sex education for african population such as in Brazil and several african nations.
As you are aware there are various methods to avoid unwanted pregnancy such as a 6 month birth control injection.
