So according to Tehran it was the Israelis who were responsible for the bombing in '94 - it was another false flag terrorist attack.

The AMIA memorandum of understanding contains articles that guarantee the rights of Iranian citizens, and Iran’s parliament and executive branch of government should also ratify the MOU in order to facilitate the process of discovering the truth about the plots devised by the Zionist regime

That said, @1&2 have it on the nose. THIS is swill with which the Truth Commission will have to pander if AR wants to have a sympathetic vote on their hobby horses from that foremost and stalwart champion of human rights in the Middle East.
