Yes, drop your bogus claims and allow the Falklands to live in peace and I'm sure there are lots of things we could agree on.

Hmmm, I think our situation is a little different to yours, as we have an established population and sovereignty and have had for 200 years. So we aren't actually claiming anything. All we are doing are ignoring yours and very successfully I might add!

Why is argieland included in this? If they “could” make any arms, they'd want to use them to attack a nearby, peaceful neighbour. Done it before. Besides, argieland NEVER complies with any treaties or agreements. Here's a thought. British “inspectors” get to inspect the whole of argieland. Then Britain gets to destroy anything that can be construed as “arms” or parts of “arms”. Rocket technology, electronics, armour, metal, aircraft, nuts, bolts, welding equipment, tanks, ditto plus riveting, pressure testing equipment, explosives, cables, pipes. All have to go. And anything nuclear. Or chemical. Or biological. Can't have argieland with more than one-storey buildings. Throwing things is dangerous. Let's just move argieland back to the 10th century. They could start again!

#1 My thoughts exactly, and in a truly good cause =)

Btw does anyone else think the picture brings out the similarities in appearance between Timmerman and Hague, something I'd never noticed before - its almost like those comparisons Private Eye always does =) Another similarity - Hague remains an outside contender for returning to his old job as Tory leader, maybe next time as PM; while Timmerman stands hopefully a better chance of leading his country - if Cristina doesn't change the constitution and stand again, surely he'd be the ideal candidate?
