    It will be an interesting election . Currently Cartes is indeed ahead but still a large number of undecideds , about ten percent , and a very big group of young people voting for the first time . And ,as we all know , it is hard to estimate how they will vote . What is very clear is that Lugo' s man Carrillo has only three percent of the vote ! While the other more moderate left winger , Ferreiro , has ten percent and growing .
