Brazil planning agency to manage fluvial ports, waterways and locks

The administration of President Dilma Rousseff is working on the creation of a new agency which will be responsible for Brazil’s fluvial ports and terminals, waterways and locks. The ‘Hidrobras’ project is being drafted by the Ministries of Transport and Planning and will look after shipping in the fluvial system, “which is currently exploited far below its possibilities and potential”.     Another state-owned pile of s**t. The very election of Lula put this country into Venezuelan mismanagement. I wonder when will people realize that only Mexico, Chile and Uruguay have real chances of becoming serious countries.

    State control of the logging products will be much easier with this new ministry,
    but this is the land of ultimate corruption by some very rich people ... the sort of people you will find in state governments and in Brasilia.

    Which came first, the logging or the corruption?
