There's no hiding that the Falkland Island representatives failed to get a meeting with a member of the Panamanian Government. Ditto in Guyana. So no new alliances there.

Panama once held a Scottish colony and was also part of Colombia.

Using Argentine logic it is either Scottish territory or still part of Colombia.

Panama continues to support Argentina in the conflict Mavinas. This is demonstrated in UN documents, OAS and CELAC.
Always appreciate the courage of the people of Panama and General Torrijos, in its support for Argentina demonstrated in the Security Council in 1982

@12 Yep, the browbeaten “government” says one thing whilst the people “they could see no legal reason for the continued refusal by some countries in the region of the right to self-determination for Falkland Islanders.” say something else.
“courage of the people of Panama and General Torrijos, in its support for Argentina demonstrated in the Security Council in 1982” That's pretty amazing considering that Torrijos was dead. And when were the people consulted?

does it really matter who supports argentina,

the fact is, a free demorcratic vote took place, and they freely voted to remain british,

and as for as democracy goes, anyone who opposes this result are either indocrinated , or belives in the dictatership,

the two main conponents to free speech.

A British (born in Great Britain for the avoidance of doubt) traveling back and forth, looking very holy and innocent.
What image! a usurper trying to convince Hispanic Americans accept their theft.
This reminds me of the fun of the participants in this forum every time there is a vote in favor of UN Argentina (or always). Then go as beggars (false beggars) seeking support here o there ....

I'm not fake. I can not be “good friend” of violators of territorial sovereignty Argentina.
Now, if recognize the theft and accept that the Malvinas Islands, South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands and surrounding waters are Argentine, we can be friends. Otherwise, no greetings.

The British didn't want to be friends with the likes of Hitler, and it you may be surprised that no one will be bothered about being friends with you either.

Can someone please explain to me the basis for Argentina's claim to South Georgia and South Sandwich Islands (especially SSI). As far as I can see (in relation to SG) they just claimed it once the lease to an Argentine registered company expired.
