It's about time for Bermuda and the Cayman Islands to be independent countries, with membership in the UN, and with a free association agreement with the UK if they so choose.
So, Britain's finance ministry amitted that British overseas territories such as Bermuda, the Cayman Islands and the British Virgin Islands are effectively colonies??????. Interesting that a british ministry finally agree that those territories remains under a colonial situation.
