I'd say locking the doors and letting his party members take a whack at the opposition deserves more than just a little more than “expressing concern.”

Perhaps certain countries would like Cabello to give seminars on how to similarly quell the minorities in their legislatures and also how to play not-so-passive aggressive with their executive and perhaps even judicial branches.

I'd say that the Chavista “members” should be arrested, tried and then imprisoned for 25 years. Or perhaps arrested, tried and then shot. This is supposed to be a “democracy”? It's a gang culture. Another “country” that needs to be isolated until it learns civilised behaviour. And if it dies in the process? No great loss.
