Bolivia full incorporation to Mercosur now rests on legislative approval from other members

Bolivia has completed the presentation of its Mercosur incorporation protocol, which opens the way for the parliaments of the different member-countries to begin considering and ratifying her full membership. Once completed Bolivia becomes the sixth full member next to Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela. Read full article

    Now that they are inducting another sock puppet....they battle of who will be the puppet master will be down the road in the not too distant future. Odd how people like morales can rise to tribe leader and in argentina, la campora beats and kills them.

    Another step forward for dictrocracy.
    Though I think Chief morales is a step backward even for mercosur. Not like they are without infighting currently, but I can hardly wait to see it expand

    @4 It wasn't bold. Having had argieland and Brazil act illegitimately to get Venezuela in, it's Venezuela's “turn” to hold the presidency. Of course, a fair and intelligent organisation would tell Venezuela to wait until the presidency to go round one more time AFTER Paraguay is reinstated!
