Paraguay made public in Geneva its support for Mexico’s candidate Herminio Blanco as the next Director General of the World Trade Organization. 8 Well, to be fair Brazil and Mercosur sort of burned those bridges with Paraguay first XD and given actual economic proyections for Paraguay it worked for them and mercosur. And now they may have a chance to begin their relations again ;-)

I would have liked Mr Blanco to win if only to see what reforms would he add to the WTO to make it more flexible and adaptable to actual times.
