The two women who 'run' the two largest countries in the Southern Cone have a lot to learn about the 'worm turning'.

Good move Paraguay getting closer to Mexico.

Pity Uruguay are tied to the apron strings of these two.

I liked this, thanks for your support Paraguay :-) and Cartes interview in Chile on the steps Paraguay will take to have a more global trade without losing contact with Mercosur and keeping talks with the Pacific Alliance signals they have a pragmatic goverment ready to build bridges for the country.

8 Well, to be fair Brazil and Mercosur sort of burned those bridges with Paraguay first XD and given actual economic proyections for Paraguay it worked for them and mercosur. And now they may have a chance to begin their relations again ;-)

A shame to see that :-( , but then again, I liked both their perspectives, I am sure Mr Azevedo can keep the WTO doing it´s work. I would have liked Mr Blanco to win if only to see what reforms would he add to the WTO to make it more flexible and adaptable to actual times.
