A lot of things , some very critical , has been said about this man . However , in the case of Paraguay , he was completely fair . After the change of Government he concluded , after consulting all parts , that the impeachment was legal and that the country should be allowed to prepare for elections with no outside interference . He also stopped efforts by many to boycott the nation .

What a bunch of misinformation. OAS has had a very united majority in the Latin nations, with the usual disagreement and time consuming interventions from the usual suspects, led by USA.
Hence the creation of CELAC (ECLAC).

2 Stevie . You forgot to mention Canada . For some unknown reason it is lumped together with the USA ! Somebody did try to explain to Mujica that Canada was not an imperialistic nation .

Baxter, in OAS, Canada is one of the usual suspects. and indeed led by the USA. Have they ever disagreed within that entity?
    Remember Honduras?

5 actually it has disagreed . In the case of Assange it refused to accept the compromise . It continued to insist that it had nothing to do with the OAS . On Cuba too . And not to mention the 2003 invasion of Iraq . Do I go on ?

Of course you will find disagreements in an entity of that size with so many members, just as today with CELAC, but most ideological disagreements are with USA and its allies within the group, not with the Alba nations.
