    Let's be fair. Brazil will string this out to the very last gasp. Unfortunately, it has a major problem. Argieland. Perhaps Brazil thought that argieland could be a major global trading partner. What is it? A major global trading disaster. Bullying, corrupt, criminal, fraudulent, larcenous, mendacious. Is there an ounce of honesty or integrity anywhere in argieland? (Simon68 - I don't include you. Just as I differentiate between argies and Argentines, I also differentiate between argieland and Argentina.)

    @4 Of course. It requires something called “intelligence”. Sadly lacking in latinamerica.
    @7 Diddums, doggie. According to the Corruption Perceptions Index 2012, Brazil stands at position 69 out of 174. Slightly lower than Namibia, Ghana and Romania. The likelihood of bribery therefore seems quite high. Incidentally, in the same CPI, the UK and USA stand at 17th and 19th respectively!

    @7Dildo

    Oh, oh, BitCoins wiped you out have they?

    Or is there another reason you are always so bitter and twisted that it skews your view on life?

    Keep thrashing and trying to discredit me, it won't work and is frankly very amusing for all of us to see.

    Now go and run away like a good little boy.

    @ 2 ChrisR: FIFA is making huge profit with this World Cup in Brazil. I'll tell you what is stupid: coming to a news website of another continent just for systematically offend other countries. Honestly I don't see any gain you get from it.

    10 Fred

    I am on the same continent you twat! Feel offended now, like you wanted me to, I DO hope so.

    I live in Uruguay which as you MAY know has a border with Brasil.

    Up to now I have supported Brasil with constructive comment in the financial area as I even considered investing there.

    But GeofWard2 tells the truth: the whole establishment is on the take and FIFA has aleady been proven to need grease on the deal.

    So, if you live in Brasil: TOUGH.

    WAS THAT CLEAR ENOUGH FOR YOU?

    @ 11 ChrisR: You are no offense to me. Your comment is simply irrelevant not to say ridiculous. Really? Uruguay borders Brazil? I didn't know that. Lol

    Brazil growed a lot when FIFA decided for its bid. I guess a 200 million stable market for football and brand new big stadiums are enough for a WC aren't it? 20,000 people payed ridiculous 200 Reais (2000 of your pesos) for a Tahiti x Nigeria.
