    Ha ha ha
Argentina still owes the money, still can't take their assets to other countries without risk of seizure and public embarrassment as “lying deadbeats”.

Notice that it took 6 months of debate to come up with this ruling.
They did not day that it was wrong to seize assets, just that they could not do it if it risked military confrontation in Ghana - not in their interests to allow it.
They even mentioned that the sleazy Argentinians were wrong to ignore Ghanian authorities.

It was a laugh and produced an even bigger laugh when CFK hired a British firm to fly her east as Tango 1 could not risk impoundment after the Libertard fiasco.

And we watched in awe and wonder as Argentina's aerobatic team formed of piston engine aircraft revealed the awesome power of the Argentine forces in the 21st century celebrating the return of the Libertard.

To think in UK we only had the winning of many Olympic Gold medals to celebrate. Perhaps we should have an air display every time a Royal Navy ship successfully enters its home port?

Question: has the Libertard left port again or has it keeled over?

I'm sure that Ghana will have second thoughts about Argentine ships or aircraft using their port facilities, they lost money, not to mention that the Argies were uncooperative and outright rude to their courts and their government.

Did anyone see the online Ghana News site with Troll “commenters” like “Arifu” denouncing the government as“ incompetent” , “thieves,” “corrupt”, etc. ???

Patently wrong, but an hysterically funny insert into the Argentine overseas diplomacy scrapbook.

We need some more gaffs like this, are south america doing any more joint naval exercises this year? Or have they given up on that one after the proud RG Corvette conked out and needed towing into port, then had to wait weeks for the funds to repair it - still at least it wasn't sunk before it left the port.

Six months to decide a point of law? Methinks not.

More like a 'how can we bring all this up again and show the world what a bunch of arseholes Argentina are” and they have succeeded admirably.

Perhaps Argentina stiffed the Port Authorities with the bill for services, let alone the lost revenue for not moving to a less active mooring.
