    And all the other “palestinian” criminal, terror groups as well. There is NO country called Palestine. There NEVER has been. It is, at best, a geographical region. There are NO “palestinians”. Just arabic, islamist, terrorists that need to be wiped out. The arab “squatters” of 1948 needed too move voluntarily to Transjordan (now Jordan) or be “dispossessed” forcibly. No sympathy for arab thieves. And a look at cultures shows that arabs have ALWAYS been THIEVES!

    @1 Conqueror:

    Actually the people who now call themselves Palestinians aren't Arabs - in many cases they share the ancestors as Jews. Their form of Arabic, and Hebrew, are very similar - they are effectively cousins. Interestingly ( at least to me ) the Egyptian Copts aren't Arabs either - they are the original occupants of Egypt, the Arabs arrived about 2,000 yrs ago and are now the majority.

    I worked with a couple of Algerian refugees in the 90's. They were nice guys although not much fun around Ramadan. They didn't steal anything - unless they were REALLY good at it and I didn't notice.

    As to Hezbollah I echo what Frans Timmermans says, only I would've gone further - the WHOLE of Hezbollah is a terrorist organisation.

    I agree, the WHOLE of Hezbollah is a terrorist organisation BUT the Palestinians voted for them and are now hostages to fortune since the political arm of Hezbollah altered the law thus making it very difficult to get rid of them.

    And I also agree that the Arabs are the scum of the Middle East and without dealing effectively with them it is pointless to do anything else.

    So the Palestinians have screwed themselves. Oh dear, never mind.

    Perhaps when Iran attacks Israel it will all be sorted out in the ‘flash’ of an eye, until the next time.

    I do hope the Wahabbi movement of radical raghead Muslims get their just deserts as well, not before time. Pity there is no hell for them to burn in, but at least they will be dead.

    @4 Chris:

    It was Hamas the Palestinians voted for - Palestinians are mostly Sunni's, Hezbollah serves the interests of Shia Muslims. Iran ( Persians, not Arabs ) is mostly a Shia nation, which is why the Syrian civil-war has become so nasty. What was originally simply a desire for political freedom has become a sectarian conflict. Sunni's and Shia have been fighting since Mohammed died only now they can do it with missiles.

    Thank you! I must have been having an El Think moment :o)

    But apart from that I was right!!

    Seriously though, I still think it will end in a major conflict between Iran (and I did know they are Persians, not Arabs) and Israel, which may well be a nuclear one.

    The more Arabs are killed the better as far as I can see for the stability in the region. Pity that the worst of them (Saudi) has a lot of oil.

    @5 ChrisR:

    Israel and Iran are already at war - an undeclared one, but nonetheless. They've been killing each other's civilians for decades. I hope it never comes to a major conflict. It would be disastrous not just for Iran and Israel but the whole world.

    I'm confident that Iran's theocracy will eventually be deposed - eventually it's citizen's, especially those who have no memories of the Shah, will come to believe that they have nothing to lose and that will be that. Blood will be spilt though and lots of it.

    I wish I shared your view about the overthrow of the present regime.

    I have very good, young man and wife, Iranian friends in the UK who have managed to start a new life there: they just could not wait any longer and could see, as we both think, that there will be a massive civil war before it is all over.

    Mind you they live in Chester and are thrilled to bits with how things are going for them.

    @8Chris:

    I'm glad your friends are safe. A civil war in a country like Iran - with 70 million citizens, neighboring Afghanistan and Iraq is too awful to contemplate but probably inevitable sadly. Those mad Mullahs are never to leave voluntarily and they are much better entrenched than their Syrian counterparts. I'm lucky I don't live in that part of the world.
