Havent heard from El Think lately, perhaps he is frozen in a block of ice somewhere (actually, he is in Scotland enduring the heatwave sipping single malt!)

A lot of Argentina is in a freeze. Not really cold for a winter were I live, yet cold for their typical winters. More so than that, Asslips has roving blackouts of electricity. Maybe he is in a blacked out area.

Not to worry. One death in Brazil. Six in argieland. Who cares. The argies are only “peasants”.

Here in Uruguay we had 10 minutes of hail, but only little pellets and they went as soon as they hit the ground.

If I wasn't an atheist I might think God was teaching the argies a lesson of humility for setting up a graven image.

Mind you TMBOA id hardly made of gold, even if she is a fat old cow.

Chris, please. Cows have feelings too, you know!
Don't think that they'd like to be compared to CFK!

Climate change is a more accurate and acceptable term today.

Little wobbles in the Earth's orbit determine if the climate heats up, or ices down.

The last one (warming) occurred only 8,000 years ago.

In the meantime, most of us have our warm stockings on, with a small glass of Weber Haus cachaça in hand, to warm up in Brasil. There are not many fireplaces found in houses around here.
