    Wouldn't it be better to have a sweeping reform of the corrupt polica and army, or is tha too much to ask?

    Sigh, they have done that a lot of times, and it´s a really complex thing to acomplish completely, I am not nearly as inocent as to think there isn´t any corruption on autorithies or cops around other parts of the world, if that were true things like “Fast and Furios” would have been impossible to happen, tbh. Let alone the actual financial crisis and the banks that are “too big to fail” or more like “Too big to be questioned by countries autorities”. The reduction in autority of individual countries has never been so clear as today.

    It´s interesting how this article only talks about the PAN side, if the PRI doesn´t agree with their plan they can always just unite themselves with PRD and PVE to pass the reform. that´s an interesting contex, as PAN doesn´t wish to be left out neither does the PRD so an agreetment must be reached IMO.
