Mercosur is there for one reason and one reason only - to manage trade and markets in a co-ordinated way for the member countries.

Return Mercosur to its intention, and throw money and effort to the creation of workable protocols and the enhancement of global trade.
The money spent will pay back handsomely, and the trade generated will stimulate the economic growth of ALL the member nations.
It is a 'no-brainer'.
When will ideology prevail over economics and trade in mercosur? It already does. When will it end? When will it end? Possibly when individuals, I can't call them people, like CFK, Correa, Morales, Maduro, Mujica, Rousseff are removed. And never permitted to take part in government or political activity again!
