    I think I said in Jan that year end inflation will be closer to 40 than 30%.

    It's customary to allow for free trade when in economic turmoil, and impose duties when there's a surplus of stock; not the other way around. When manufacturing and agriculture are threatened with violence, restrictions and taxes; it is common to labor as little, produce as little as possible, while hiding any profits and stock.

    Of course, the K's don't give in the reason and logic...or read for that matter.
