Cartes will greet Maduro if they come across. He does not need to tell Maduro what he thinks of his wrongdoings and the wrong path Venezuela took. Paraguay is a free, democratic country that chose the path of development, civility. Go on Paraguay, congratulaciones!

Paraguay has a 200 millon dollar debt with Venezuela for the petrol business. Would be good to make a claim for the damages being done because of a very poor quality level.
