“”However the Kirchnerite candidate warned that Indec inflation was well below the salary increases obtained by organized labour during the round of negotiations.“”

Inflation won't stay that way if the wages increases are well higher!! Heading further up methinks.

It is 30% however you look at it. Just got back from Canada-land and food is actually cheaper there than here. Tried to buy some cucumbers yesterday...at 30 pesos per kg!! Imagine. That's about $6 Cdn. And they were soft and wrinkled....garbage.

Is this the first tentative step toward telling the IMF the truth? “Let's see whether we can get away with saying that actual inflation is 1% higher than we thought. We can string this out for years!” But what do you if the IMF etc expels you next month? As it should do. Because the argie National Congress already has the real figures. And the argie government are LIARS! Now kick 'em out. And make sure they can't get usable money anywhere. If they get dosh from China and/or Iran, increase prices for anything they want to buy. and cut the prices for anything they want to sell. Protectionism? Show 'em the real thing!
