Sep 04th, 2013 - 02:07 am - Link - Report abuse 0You have to look at it through the prism of Colombia's history including La Violencia and La Bogotazo. Also while military juntas were a dime a dozen in South America during the 70s and 80s, Colombia wasn't.
Now that FARC are a shadow of their former selves, Colombia is booming.
