    This list may be a bit deceiving for Americans given the reputation of US college qualifications internationally being not that great.

    It depends on what is meant by “educated”: what does one do with it. Possession of information or theoretical skills isn't the same as acting upon it.

    First-Class degrees and Post-Graduate versus how good are you at your job or profession later.

    Conversely, education isn't just about a job.

    I kind of doubt that... with so many illiterate Muslims immigrants, that can hardly speak any English, and with your collective boycott of Israeli Education institutes, (2nd place on that list!) and the UK under Shariah law, you will shortly succeed to reach the 70th place, or worse...
