Paraguayan president Horacio Cartes begins on Monday a two-day visit to Chile where he is scheduled to meet his peer Sebastián Piñera and hold a round of talks with business people inviting them to invest in Paraguay. If the Brazilians build a good railway to Paraguay and we build one from there to Chile, the northern Pacific ports and local economies are going to hit overdrive and the beneficiaries will be all the people, business and governments. There's no downside. Plus you wont have to wait for good weather to get air drops of your favourite skunk or green dragon.
