This smells of the Mantega Syndrome which is a way of confusing the international investor by LYING about the performance of the item due to mathematical manipulation that no serious investor can understand.
It is very similar to the manipulation of the mortgages that originated at Lehmann in the USA and fucked the entire world economies up.
