The Pope said to CFK “ God help you. ” with tongue in cheek.

She could just recover and carry on,
On the other hand, this is CFK we are talking abt,
A future Nobel prize winner for talking and imagination,

    We think she will say,
God has spoken to me in my hour of need, and told me to carry on fighting for the Falklands,
Then she will thank the pope for his full support.

    Still,
    It could be worse,
    She could see the light,
    Give up her silly claim,
Retire in splendour and spend all her wealth in paradise…lolol

Excellent, I've been for the most part very impressed by Francis since his elevation, he seems to have really improved since his days in the Argie opposition. Or maybe he's stayed the same but seems right wing compared to the politics of his old country but progressive in the context of the Vatican. Anyway making up with Cristinita was a very good first step to a good, maybe even a great, pontificate

    Papa Franks wishes -

    ”full health recovery”
“I beg you to feel my presence. I guarantee my nearness and prayer,”

How appropriate that CFK should be his first 'miracle'. One more and he he's bagged a sainthood

    What did she do? Sneeze?
@4 I think the word you meant was “poncificate”. Not many grown men walk around in dresses!

#6 “Not many grown men walk around in dresses!”

I'd be all in favour of having a woman Pope - Cristina I?

That would be something that unites Brits with Arabs, the walking around in a dress as a grown man...
Which is totally fine, of course...

It was a rainy day at the Vatican. Taking time out from choir boy practice, the Pope was handed the phone and told it was Buenos Aires, he was then asked to say a little prayer for Cristina. Having worn most of his prayers that day watching Vatican stocks news stories of wayward priests, his grace was reminded of the great Oscar Wilde:
“Dear Cristina, you are a peacock in everything but beauty”

    Line goes dead..................
