United Kingdom and Uruguay have signed in London a Tax Information Exchange Agreement, TIEA. The Agreement will come into effect as soon as each government has completed the necessary procedures to give effect to it under its domestic laws. Read full article

As usual you miss the point of these things: not only is it designed to catch tax evaders it also helps tax payers to pay only ONE tax!
