@3 I'm not sure about the general public but the government can just say to the courts “lalala I can't hear you” and just ignore them. What can the courts do anyway? It's not like they can force the government.

What would MORONo know? I do think that people “summoned” for an interview should take an assault rifle. “Sorry, senor, you cannot take that in with you”. Five second trigger press. Walk on. Don't knock on his office door. Blast it open. Fit new magazine. And now the “interview”.
