Airports in Rio and Belo Horizonte, two host cities of the 2014 World Cup, are to be privatized at an auction this week, Brazilian civil aviation authorities said this week. There has to be some reason. Everybody knows why I moved to Uruguay and in January will receive my final ID / Cedula which, as it happens, is green. Such a pity you and you wetback Mexican girlfriend haven’t got them. I would imagine that she has far more chance of getting her card though?
