    Guido “I am talking so I must be lying” Mantega is the person, even more so than Dilma, who has managed to break the legs of Brazil.

    I cannot recall ANY sensible thing that this idiot has ever said about the economy: he even thinks he can still buck Mr. Market!

    Dilma and Mantega: Dumb and Dumber when it comes to the economy.
