Argentina has filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization against the European Union’s decision to impose anti-dumping duties on its biodiesel exports. Disclaimer & comment rulesYep, can't have miserable, economically unsound countries trying to undercut. Seen it before. Sell at a loss. Establish a market. Then hike the prices. Maybe argieland should think about that trade agreement with the EU. Agreements mean playing by the rules. That'll be a new one for argieland. But why should it care? Doesn't it want to be isolated?
Dec 20th, 2013 - 10:11 am - Link - Report abuse 0So if Argentina paid their workers more to produce biodiesel (thus keeping more money in their economy and paying their own nationals more), then reflected that in the price so it cost more, the EU would most likely let Argentine bio fuel in.
Dec 20th, 2013 - 11:08 am - Link - Report abuse 0Don't the Argentines see this?
The Rgs will lose, like they have done with every single case they have ever filed.
Dec 20th, 2013 - 12:53 pm - Link - Report abuse 0The majority of the cases at WTO and ICSID are AGAINST Argentina. THey're just working through the system now.

You mean like EU complaining about SA and subsidizing their farming sector at the same time, or like USA and their farm bills?
Dec 20th, 2013 - 07:21 pm - Link - Report abuse 0TMBOA is so stupid she couldn't get herself shagged in a brothel.
Dec 20th, 2013 - 08:40 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Briton is just a hack. He refuses to see that the US and EU heavily subsidize their industries.

#10 Titti boi......billions to a poor nation like Argentina seems like a lot. Define Heavy subsidize US industries?
Dec 22nd, 2013 - 03:02 am - Link - Report abuse 0The largest in energy subsidies goes to foreign tax credits, followed by security subsidies.
The largest farm credit goes to Corn/feed and that's only 8 billion dollars......PENNIES.......I know it's a lot to you tit boi. Want to know something else.....it's MY tax money that I paid going to MY farmers. You don't like it? Eat shit and bark at a full moon.
Again....what do you define HEAVY......lol
Yeah, so what you gonna say you North Ams talk Trillions not billions, so you are da bomb...
Dec 22nd, 2013 - 04:00 am - Link - Report abuse 0...and today yet ANOTHER young student dies in one of your schools, just because she commited the atrocity of attending class.
That's your country. Shot dead because you go to school. Shot dead because you are loading gifts for your loved ones at the mall. Shot dead for studying a career at a universtity. Shot dead for taking your girlfriend to the movies. Shot dead for being a 6 year old learning the alphabet. Shot dead for sightseeing. Shot dead for showing up to work at your office.
Not even QUADRILLIONS can erase that reality which make you a pathetic, worthless society, a joke of a country, the laughing stock of the planet, and a shitty place to live.

Dec 22nd, 2013 - 08:54 am - Link - Report abuse 0Are you trying to say that the US farm bill, the actual one in force since 2008, is about pennies?
Do you want me to prove you a liar, or just a hypocrit?
That's not what I said you blithering moronic commie terrorist. I merely highlighted the largest single component of the US farm bill. More importantly, the 38 or so thousand I pay in federal taxes pays for it....not you. And it I like the price of milk where it's at......tough if you do not like it.......right?
Dec 22nd, 2013 - 10:35 am - Link - Report abuse 0BTW.....do not confuse the Farm Bill with Farm Aid.
You can call me whatever you like to call me like I call you father a murdering terrorist in exile....whom is fortunately worm feed, but not before he left many a bastards around.
You call me a liar......I say that comes from a latin bastard
You call me a hypocrit, I call you a commie insignificant
You think you are correct.....I think you are wrong
You hate my countries way of life.......I can't say that because you are afraid to state where you live. I've given my email for prove my IP address. I've yet to see anyone else prove there location. pisshinter.....on your best day you are an insignificant pissant spouting drivel in the highest order.
None of you insignificant trolls can stay on topic of the articles. The major portion of my extended family has finally escaped SA, I can hardly wait for the actual fall. Apparently it's so bad now, they are paying doctors in BONDS...FUCKING BONDS......PESO BONDS.....OUI's does not buy food!!! Why do I know this? Because extended family members are physicians. It's like March of 1945 for the nazi's and Argentine's refuse to admit or accept it.
What is the farm bill worth Poppy? 300 Billion over 5 years, or so?
Dec 22nd, 2013 - 11:41 am - Link - Report abuse 0Call my father whatever you wish, you lot are STILL subsidizing...
And by the way, your lot could never deal with my old man, he's quite well, thank you very much.
;)
Again little one, the farm bill is not the dame as farm aid. Close, like 280 billion over 5 years. Again as I said do not confuse the farm bill and actual farm aid. The two are quite different and my figures for actual farm aid stand.
Dec 22nd, 2013 - 01:27 pm - Link - Report abuse 0BTW, what's your problem with subsidizing farmers chica? 26 billion is what is ACTUALLY is paid to famers over 5 years. The US farm production is about 290 billion a year between crop and livestock, over 5 years that is almost 1.45 trillion. How much impact do you suppose 26 billion makes on 1.45 trillion>....are you that inane of a thinker?
If you are going to call me a hypocrit I will ask in advance to point to my posts otherwise. If you are going to call my country a hypocrit.....so fucking what, that's my country and does what it feels in the best interest of it's people.
As for dad, it's a shame the master bastard is still alive. Smoke a bone and chill out.
Great then, until your hypocrite country stops the subsidizing, there'll be no FTA.”
Dec 22nd, 2013 - 01:38 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Works for me.......but we'll see what the ACTUAL people and governments in SA have to say.
