Hey Chris, redpoll, ynsere and all of you other expats that choose to live in Uruguay, blasting the country day in and day out.

There's public opinion for you lot.

    @ 1 Stevie

If you believe that is public opinion for the Tupamaros then you really are demented.

You have to give it to the Broad Front though, they have stitched all the Marxist communist bastards under the one banner with the also ran’s hanging onto their coat-tails.

The other parties are fragmented and pose no threat at all.

But Stevie, you hypocrite, the old commie bastard CAN’T be President next term.

If Vasquez does get in it will show HE is THE real Son of Uruguay in that he is prepared, at his age, to take on the presidency even though he knows the fuck-ups that Pepe has done need to be mended. I really hope he sorts out the lazy bastards who don’t work AND won’t work who are sucking the tits of the Social Programme dry. Making the bastards sweep the roads for their money would be a good first step. Yes, there are genuine claimants; they are not the people who need the hangers on either.

It is said that La Tronca will be VP, FFS. I doubt Vasquez will even talk to her, he doesn’t have to does he?

Chris, the Socialists (Vazquez) might get the Presidency, but MPP is strong within the FA and you will hate Constanza Moreira...

    ;)

Yes, for once you are correct.

This is the self-promoting “professional political scientist and politician” harridan who wants to be president.

I was impressed when she said that someone should run against Vasquez rather than let him take the presidency unopposed until she put herself up for it! She has an ego as big as Pepe’s and about as much intelligence. So that’s a bummer then!

I see you stopped hallucinating about Pluna...
Constanza didn't make herself eligible, she responded to the demands of the MPP backyard. Still she refused to run for the Presidency, arguing the needs of the FA were far more important. Do you EVER read Uruguayan news, or is your only source of information the delusions of your friend Juan?

    @ 5 Stevie

    Yes, you are right again.

I had read of it but I was so unimpressed with the squabbling that I forgot!

I thought the UK parliament were idiots (and still are) but they are positively Masters of the Universe compared to the Tupamaros.

It isn't even a matter of stupid is what stupid does. They haven't got past the “Stupid is” bit yet. Still, they won't be around all that much longer. Apart from indoctrinated “brotherly love for SA” idiots like you, how old are the youngest of the REAL idiots now? 60 – 65? The Mouse is 60 and looks 75, must have been all that fighting he didn’t do.

No, they will fade out before long, especially when the Social Programme has to be stopped because there is no money left for it: and it will stop.
