Well FIFA, what did you expect when you “gave” the WC to Brazil?

LatAm builders are perfectly happen when 80% of the work you specify is done and cannot understand why you won't pay them until the other 20% that has been agreed is actually supplied.

I have never specified a time to completion knowing that I would be wasting my own time.

I understand that the bribes (sorry, fees) paid to FIFA run into many millions. Why do they think that this absolves them from responsibilty to monitor the programme effectively?

Brazil. An “also-ran”. Similar to argieland. Big mouth, no ability, no guts, no integrity, no responsibility. Oh, and its economy is back BEHIND Britain's AGAIN!
