I have never specified a time to completion knowing that I would be wasting my own time.
I understand that the bribes (sorry, fees) paid to FIFA run into many millions. Why do they think that this absolves them from responsibilty to monitor the programme effectively?
Brazil. An also-ran. Similar to argieland. Big mouth, no ability, no guts, no integrity, no responsibility. Oh, and its economy is back BEHIND Britain's AGAIN!
