Looks like Pepe's been smoking his own grass.

Further Down on that photo, you can see Pepe is wearing sandals.. or you can read all about it in el Pais.
It's the topic of the day. Almost as sad as you, Chris...

    :)

Stevie, the only thing that makes me sad is how indoctrinated and delusional you are about the Tupamaros and the Brotherley Love of LatAm.

This, when you have received a good education, hold down a good paying job and house your family in Sweden.

You will always be sad whilst you have this terrible wrench inside you.

You really don't wish to discuss Pepe's sandals?
That's about as high as you'd reach the man, you'd be like a fish in the water...

You will have to forgive the puzzlement of foreign onlookers. When one votes for their head of state to represent them at home and abroad, there is a certain expectation that they will at least attempt to have a wash, a shave and maybe even brush their hair, or even put the boat out and where a suit.
It just seems odd that you voted for a smelly unkempt vagrant to represent you?

It's for a very simple reason. Everybody where they fit.
Pepe at the Presidency, and you lot talking about his sandals.
    Natural selection.

“Come on Stevie! My wits arent sharp enough for that task.”

    Neither are Stevie's.

Pity the only sensible thing to talk about at this announcement is sandals, the rest, being Tupamaros dimwits aren't worth the leather.

    #1 - #21 It's all gossip, mates ... where's the beef?

    Topics for Mario:
    Free/low-tariff international trade ..
    Anti-Argentina trading policy ..
    Re-establishing 'son of Pluna' ..
Using Mercosur to Uruguay's national advantage .. and so much more.
