“The surge of agriculture and livestock last year, after suffering a prolonged drought and sanitary problems, helped the country's economy expand a record 13.6%, the best performance in Latin America.”

Paraguay just needs that FTA with the EU. Brazil and Uruguay want it too - is Argentina going to be allowed to hold them back?

An FTA with the EU and its protectionism would be proper betrayal...

It seems like Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay don't think so.

Perhaps you (Argentina) as brothers, should stop holding them back, opt out of the agreement or Mercosur, yourself.

I know, that wouldn't be 'right', to give them the opportunity to grow their economies while yours languishes.

Maybe, like Dilma and Pepe will suggest those 'options' to you.

I think an FTA with Europe is a great idea, should Europe drop its protectionism...

I also think that Argentina does Mercosur a favour with their mere presence, as we all know this system pays more reqard to a big market than any political preference.
    Just look at China...
