Falklands' parade 21 April to celebrate HM Queen's birthday
The Falkland Islands will be celebrating the birthday of Her Majesty the Queen Victory Green in Stanley on Monday 21st April 2014. The parade will form up at Victory Green at 10.15 hours and the Acting Governor John Duncan will arrive at 10.30 hours. Read full article

He is a bit of a Walter Mitty too. Always pretending to be what he isn't. I have caught him in outright lies.
Report him or ignore him, is usually the best way of dealing with him.
Regarding the story. God Save the Queen! Long may she continue to Reign over us. A wonderful lady who has grace, dignity, talent and a lot of worldly experience.
