Over 60% of Argentines are not satisfied with their current financial situation and believe the jobs market has little to offer according to the latest public opinion poll referred to the month of March, from Poliarquía Consultores and published in the Buenos Aires daily El Cronista.

Only 38% of interviews during March, considered their current financial situation positive, which is six points below the same month a year ago and the lowest percentage since November 2012, points out the Poliarquía poll.

“The Personal Financial Situation index from recent months shows a similar behavior to that of the majority of public opinion indicators and reflects current social concern over the overall direction of the economy and its natural impact on family economies”, said Alejandro Catterberg, Director of pollster Poliarquía.

Catterberg adds that the Argentines perception relative to their economic situation currently “is approaching similar values to those registered during 2009, when the local economy was impacted by the international crisis and the confrontation between the government of president Cristina Fernandez and the farmers”.

The poll also reveals that six out of ten interviews believe that there are very few job opportunities in the market, while one in ten is positive about opportunities, and two admit there are 'some openings'.

The March poll was done taking into account 1.000 interviews of adults (plus 18 years) in urban centers with over 10.000 inhabitants and with an error margin of plus/minus 3.2%.

Only THEY can get rid of the Peronist cancer invading the body politic of The Dark Country.
