Volkswagen said on Thursday it will lay off 900 autoworkers at two Brazilian plants, one of the biggest recent efforts to cut output in the face of sluggish demand for cars in Latin America's largest economy. China is favoured by Argentina over Brazil.

Argentina holds back Mercosur from making a favourable deal with the EU for an FTA

Dilma gets nowhere in discussions with CFK about the a Auto Industry - auto exports to Argentina have slumped, partly due to Argentine taxes.

Dilma must face the reality that Brazils Auto exports dropping dramatically are putting Brazilians out of work and slowing the economy further.

Brazil supports Argentina's sovereignty claim over the Fslklands.

    Sure makes sense

    :-D

After three years in Uruguay I have learnt that sense and Latin Americans is an oxymoron.

Such a shame they cannot see the wood for the communists.

Fortunately this all be coming to an end since the UK will be returning the islands within the next 25 years.

Has anyone else noticed that Brassiero, the “Brazilian” poster has nothing to say on this subject??

Of all the topics covered, this is the one that affects Brazil the most, and is the most controversial when it comes to the state of their economy, unemployment, and their dysfunctional Mercosur trade relations with Argentina.
Argentina screws them over trade within SA, and sabotages the the Free Trade Agreement with the EU, that Brazil badly needs,

    and Brassiero says nothing!!!

Yet, that supposed “Brazilian” will jump in to insult Brits or make his trademark nearly incomprehensible statements defending Argentina over something stupid like the “Malvinas ” issue, or CFK's new wardrobe, etc. ,,,

Brassiero, where are you ?? Brazil needs you !!!!
