HIV is predominantly a heterosexual disease and not a gay disease as assumed by Klingon.

So where can I shove your stick of coral?

Well as heterosexual women are the fastest growing HIV demographic, then where would you like you mother/wife/daughter's piece or coral shoved?

After all, it's heterosexual guys that infect them. Guys that don't “vogue” if that is code for don't get tested or treated.

You old romantic you! Rather than “shoving” it anywhere couldn't they take it in a gentler oral form?

Homosexual men have the highest incidence rates of aids/hiv.

They're the most likely category/people among the general population.

I'm all for a more gentle oral form however it seems that Klingon has an anal fixation:

Time to do some research mate. Homosexual men only have the highest rates of HIV/AIDS in certain countries and not those with the highest rates.
