Sao Paulo offers 22.000 dollars rewards to whoever turns in data on criminals

With just over a month left for the 2014 World Cup kick off in Brazil, the governor of the state of Sao Paulo launched the Regional Reward program which will pay 55.000 Reales (approximately 22.000 dollars) to anyone providing useful information to help to solve crimes and track perpetrators. the useless british government should do something similar to prevent the escape of their most wanted criminals to foreign countries.

so there is a lot of that scum around the world (holland, spain, italy, the list goes on) just because their key institutions are infiltrated by criminals.

But I must admit that the British keep the Spanish economy afloat. I'm told that there are bits of it where you see more EastEnders than Spaniards; Bob Hoskins (RIP) would have loved it!
