May 24th, 2014 - 01:01 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Absolutely right and proper to keep this under the spotlight and apply diplomatic and other pressures. Pope Francis needs to seen to be ridding his ranks of child abusers and ensuring the guilty are transparently named.

Wooooow.... And that coming from a Kelper!
Christ getting rid of the shirt lifters, you won't have any clergy left. I THINK they are all at it. Probably why they joined the church in the first place. Jail the bastards, if proved guilty.
May 24th, 2014 - 03:35 pm - Link - Report abuse 0So the UN needs a special Committee to say it is against torture!

Hola Think, nice of you to join the party. If the Falklands had its voice, and membership standing at the UN, as the Vatican, I could follow your logic if there were similar issues, but... Nice to see you've not emigrate from the southern winter.

Even under this limp wristed response they found 3,420 paedophiles, or is that OK for you? How many children’s lives were destroyed by the very people that they SHOULD have been able to trust: just 100 each over the years they “preached” gives us 34,200 victims?
You are clearly not a parent even if you are one of the deluded sods that believe this crap spouted by the RCC you could not and should not condone this. And what about the 90’s to now? 15 more years that children the world over suffered abuse: what is going to happen to them – more of the same?
You sir, are beneath contempt.

This sick behavour has been kept in the dark for far too long.
Sunlight is the best disinfectant.
Expose, shame, expel and imprison the scum.
The Catholic Church needs a thorough cleansing.
The curse of Child sex abuse as always been with us, all of us no matter which country we come from or what background, poor, rich, privileged, underpriveged, all have been victims.
May 25th, 2014 - 06:34 pm - Link - Report abuse 0Modern technology has just enabled us to realise this more.
That same technology has also enabled these sick bastards!
The shame is that, that same technology has enabled these sick scum
If shirt lifters mentioned more than once on this thread are supposed to be homosexuals, then I suggest you heterosexuals need to do a little bit of research on the reasons for child sex abuse and how many perpetuators are not only homosexual but many times heterosexual and usually have nothing to do with sexual orientation but more about the power over the abused.
