I think floodwater is to be expected if you put a stadium in the middle of a gigantic rainforest, riverine region.
Perhaps they would have been better putting it in the Sertao.
Geoff, you took the words out of my mouth....the first thing that came to mind after seeing the headline, was that England should send it's water polo team as well...or maybe they could invent jet-ski ball...
